1. Agreement
By accessing printmytrack.com or placing an order with PrintMyTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Products
We produce custom 3D-printed elevation reliefs (~14×14 cm) from customer-supplied GPX files, printed in recycled PLA. Product images and previews are illustrative; the final object is generated from your uploaded track.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed after successful payment via our payment provider. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable discounts as displayed at checkout. Production typically begins after payment clears.
4. GPX files & IP
You confirm you have the right to upload the GPX file and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We use your file solely to fulfill your order and related support. Files remain private to your order.
5. Shipping
Production takes approximately 2–3 days before dispatch. We ship worldwide from Nieuwegein, Netherlands. Delivery times and customs duties (if any) vary by destination and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
6. Returns
Because each relief is custom-made from your track, returns are limited to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Contact us promptly with photos so we can resolve the issue.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintMyTrack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
